We accept returns on eligible physical products.
To start a return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. After contacting us, you must return the item within 14 days.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in the original packaging.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Do not send returns without contacting us first.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- you must contact us within 14 days of delivery
- the item must be returned within 14 days after you contact us
- the item must be unused
- the item must be in its original condition
- the item should be returned with its original packaging where possible
- you must provide your order number or proof of purchase
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
Items that cannot be returned
We cannot accept returns for:
- digital downloads
- free downloadable 3D model files
- custom or personalised items, unless otherwise agreed
- items that have been used, altered or damaged after delivery
- items returned without contacting us first
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we will let you know whether the return has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, or receiving proof that you have sent it back.
Original standard delivery costs may be refunded where required by law. Extra delivery costs, such as upgraded or express delivery, are not refunded unless required by law.
Return postage costs are not refunded.
Exchanges
We do not normally offer exchanges.
If you want a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

We will then provide return instructions.
You are responsible for making sure the item is packed safely and returned to us. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot refund items that do not arrive back with us.
