About ChuffForge

I’m Chuffnugget, a software engineer, gamer and 3D printing nerd. I design, model, tweak and print everything myself, usually after far too much testing, trial and error, and staring at layer lines until something finally looks right.

The shop started with pieces inspired by games I actually play and care about, especially Old School RuneScape. I wanted to make the kind of physical gaming items I’d want on my own desk, wall or keys. Proper fan-made pieces with detail, texture and a bit of personality.

No dropshipping. No generic catalogue products. Just small-batch 3D prints made in-house in the UK.

Made by a gamer, not a merch department

A lot of ChuffForge designs come from the same place: seeing something in a game and thinking, “that would be cool as a real object.”

That could be a pixel-style cape, a 3D printed Gielinor map, a desk coaster, a keyring or a display piece. I take the idea, rebuild it into something printable, test the colours and depth, then keep adjusting until it feels like something worth selling.

Some designs use multi-colour filament and HueForge-style layering to create depth and shading without paint. Others are modelled more traditionally and tuned for strength, finish and display quality.

It’s a mix of software, design, printing and gaming obsession. Everything is made in small batches and checked before posting.

Free 3D models

As well as finished products, I also release some free 3D models for people who enjoy printing their own stuff.

Not everything I make ends up as a paid product. Some designs are just fun experiments, useful bits, prototypes or community-friendly models that I’m happy to share.

If you have your own printer, check out the free model section and see what’s available.

Why ChuffForge?

Designed and printed in-house

I handle the design, editing, modelling, slicing, printing and quality checks myself. That means I can improve things quickly and actually care about the final result.

Made by someone who understands the references

I’m a gamer myself, so the small details matter. The items are made for people who recognise the grind, the nostalgia and the stupid amount of time we’ve all spent in virtual worlds.

Small-batch production

I’m not trying to churn out hundreds of rushed prints. Stock is kept manageable so each item can be checked properly before it leaves.

Reviews from Etsy customers

ChuffForge started on Etsy, where customers have left 5-star feedback for quality, detail, delivery and giftability.

People have bought pieces as birthday presents, gifts for partners, gaming room decor and collectibles for themselves. A few reviews mention the quality, fast delivery, attention to detail and the fact the items look even better in person.

That honestly means a lot, because most of these designs started as stuff I just wanted to make properly for myself.

Gifts for gamers

If you’re buying for someone who plays Old School RuneScape, loves retro RPGs, collects gaming bits or spends too much time improving their desk setup, ChuffForge pieces make easy gifts.

Good starting points include:

  • Fire Cape collectibles
  • Infernal Cape keyrings
  • 3D printed world maps
  • Gaming coasters
  • Desk display pieces
